Living/dining room. Exit to the terrace, east facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: small lounge with sloping ceilings with TV. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 sleeping facility (90 cm). Electric heating, floor heating. Small terrace, east facing position. View of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. 21 mq additional area lower than 1.80 m. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, east facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Tennis 6 km, sports centre 6 km, chair lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ice field 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended.
